How a buyer request works

1. Create a request
Describe the item, add your email, and send the seller a link. Copy your management link before you leave - we also email it.

2. The seller records the item
The seller takes guided photos of each side, records a walkaround of the item working, and notes any known issues. Live capture lasts 48 hours.

3. You review, then inspect
You get the seller's photos and answers, including anything they skipped. It is not an inspection.
