About NearbyPro

NearbyPro is a small product for secondhand buyers. We match vehicle requests to independent mechanics, run paid onsite looks for other goods and house visits, and host seller-provided condition records (Proof Before Pay).

What NearbyPro is

• Mechanic matching: we notify approved mechanics in the item ZIP. You hire off the platform. Timing, fees, and any report stay between you and the mechanic.
• Paid looks: you pay $20 at checkout. An approved onsite viewer visits and fills NearbyPro's look form. That report is written notes from the visit — not a guarantee the item is good. We refund if the visit does not happen.
• Proof Before Pay: a seller can record current photos and answers, then share a report link. It is the seller's own account of the item.

What NearbyPro is not

We are not an inspection company, escrow service, title or ownership service, warranty, or guarantee. We do not employ mechanics, do not supervise their work, and do not collect a mechanic's inspection fee. A NearbyPro look is not a licensed inspection, home inspection, or vehicle diagnostic. A completed seller record does not mean an item is safe, functional, authentic, legal, or accurately described. You still inspect the item yourself and decide whether to buy.
